Apple Blossom
Apple blossoms are an excellent material for infusions. Tea prepared from them brings to mind spring, when the apple trees are covered with white and pink flowers. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of flowers in a cup with boiling water. Cover and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes at most. Brewing too long will make the brew bitter.
