How to make a dandelion syrup?

Prepare 500g flowers, 2 lemons, 1 liter of water, 1 kg of sugar. Put all flowers in a pot and pour cold water. Now cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Let it cool for 24 hours, strain the decoction through a sieve and add lemon juice with sugar to it. Then cook the syrup over low heat until you get a honey-like consistency. You can pour the syrup into jars. Expiry date is six months.
