My order has now been delivered and, as promised, I am writing a revised (5 Star) review. The Ginseng Tea is as advertised, excellent flavour, good value and came very well and attractively packaged. It is clear from the packaging that this product was delivered from Poland. This explains why, especially in these rather difficult times, it took so long to arrive! If I had known from the website that delivery was to be from Poland this would not have deterred me from placing my order and I would have been more understanding of the delay in delivery. The website suggests that delivery for UK orders will be by UK Royal Mail with an estimate of 2 or 3 working days from despatch hence my concern when a week, from notification of despatch, had passed with no delivery. I will have no hesitation in placing future orders with this company but suggest that the website makes it clear that items might be delivered from Poland.

I bought about 15 types of tea from this store, it took me some time to try them all, but now I have returned and i want to say that they are perfect, I will definitely buy more.

Awesome store!

Arrived very fast! And in great condition! The flowers were intact and in good price! I will buy again!

Wonderful colors!

I used already the pink pittaya and the nlue spirulina. They look so wonderful! Unfortunately the pink pittaya powder was all hard and like stone, so i needed to grind again, which became a little bit a mess. Maybe the storage or package was not 100% safe.
I hope the rest of the packages are not like this!

No order and no response

Im not happy at all. I have not received my order still and I also not had any response from all the messages I have sent enquiring where it is. I've sent text and messages on Instagram and Facebook and have had no reply. My order was very important and I need it ASAP as I will be moving in the next couple of weeks.

As they have fulfilled my order I have been sent this survey, well I haven't received it yet. I queried, they sent me a tracking number but how do I use this tracking number? Absolutely useless, avoid this company like the plague. It's a scam, they take your money. Plus they have no contact number . They can send me another review link if they can be bothered to actually get the item to me
